Activision released a new teaser trailer for The Call of Duty: Vanguard. They announced the next game in the series after a series of leaks.
Its predecessor, Black Ops Cold War has gained alot of popularity in the gaming community since it was released in 2020. However, as always around this time of year, excitement starts to build for the new game to come out in the franchise.
The next title to land in the popular first-person shooter video game franchise, come with a new trailer on Monday. During a special event inside Call of Duty: Warzone called the Battle of Verdansk, players will get a first glimpse of the game at this year’s Call of Duty game on Aug 19.
Call of Duty: Vanguard reveal release time in BST, CEST, EDT and PDT explained
The “Call of Duty:” Vanguard reveal release date is Thursday, August 19th.
The release time is as follows:
- UK: 6:30pm (BST)
- Europe: 7:30pm (CEST)
- East Coast US: 1:30pm (EDT)
- West Coast US: 10:30am (PDT)
The debut visual opens with footage surveying the demolition of several World War II battles. The video cuts between an empty sniper’s nest, a desert battlefield, a German forest and a disheveled beach. It showcased the various maps present in the new game. Each location hints at characters that will be apart of the game. Thier faces appeared in different parts of each landscape.
There’s a speculation that the game might likely take place in these four theatres of WWII. These includes the Eastern Front, the Western Front, North Africa, and the Pacific something. Activision and the Call of Duty’s team have been teasing these last several days.
Enough information is currently not available about the gameplay. But Activision and developer Sledgehammer Games might shed more light on that and announce more information about the game on Aug. 19 at 1:30 p.m. ET inside of Warzone.
Call of Duty: Vanguard is being developed by Sledgehammer Games, they were also behind the development of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Call of Duty: WWII.
